What lender and loan product you choose should be decided carefully. What are you motivating factors should be considered, ie: are you looking for a lower payment or a lower rate, fixed or ARM loan, are you looking to have your closing costs partially covered by a seller etc. All of these things are factors that need to be discussed with your potential lender.
